| How To Use ScentLeaf™ |
||||||||
| Using
ScentLeaf™ Scent Dispensers
Each compact ScentLeaf™
dispenser holds two super-absorbent felt pads, and features a Just load ScentLeaves™ with your favorite scent before the hunt, and close them to keep it fresh 'til you're ready to use it. In the woods, just open and place ScentLeaves™ over branches all around your stand, and hunt. After the hunt, retrieve the ScentLeaves™, close them and the scent will be stored, ready to use again. ScentLeaf™ is easy to load. Hold the pad firmly over the mouth of the scent bottle, while you quickly tip the bottle over, and back. Do this twice on each pad to load just the right amount of scent, with no drips, no spills. (You can also use an eyedropper, soda straw, or squeeze bottle to load the pads.) To hunt with ScentLeaf™ dispensers, simply open them and place on branches around your stand, about 4 to 6 feet off the ground. Place in a semi-circular pattern around your stand to "blanket" the area with scent. Make sure to put them out where you can see them from your stand - If the buck of your dreams decides to check one out, you don't want to miss the chance for a shot! After the hunt, pick up the ScentLeaves™, snap them closed, and slip them into your pocket or carry-pouch. This stores the scent, ready for re-use next time. Every few hunts, simply refresh the scent on the pads by adding a little more. Every ScentLeaf™ Pack comes with scent pads installed, reflective tape strips for easy locating after dark, and a sheet of adhesive labels to mark the type of scent being used on the side of the container. Several color choices are offered for different hunting situations. Fall Colors (red, gold and green) make great yardage markers for bowhunting. Camo Colors are less conspicuous, for open woods and bare branches, and High Visibility Colors (orange, chartreuse) are easiest of all to locate in dense woods, or at long distances. |
